Axis Bank is hiring Business Development Associates for its retail liabilities sales team in several cities (Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, New Delhi, Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Lucknow). This is a pure sales role with daily customer outreach and travel. You will find sales opportunities for the bank's own and third-party products by acquiring new customers, deepen relationships with existing customers, hit monthly sales targets set by grade, log all customer activity in the CRM, and follow KYC and SEBI rules.
Eligibility depends on the grade offered: Officer Sales-1 for graduates with under 1 year of experience, and Officer Sales-2 for graduates with 1-2 years. Good communication in English and the local language, strong lead generation and a high sales drive are needed.
