Axis Bank is hiring a Branch Relationship Officer (Service) in Mumbai to raise branch service and operations quality. You will work on the Branch Operations Health Index (BOHI) and its risk indicators, cut down non-financial transaction requests and service turnaround overruns, improve customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score, push adoption of straight-through processing and digital acknowledgement receipts at the branch, and keep operations accurate and audit-ready.
Requirements: a postgraduate (MBA preferred) with more than 1 year of experience in banking, a strong understanding of branch operations, banking processes and audit requirements, and good knowledge of regulatory compliance.
