CSB Bank is hiring a Customer Relationship Officer at its Kasaragod branch. You will serve branch customers and keep branch operations audit-compliant, acquire new customers through area mapping, cold calls and local (BTL) activities to meet targets, complete account opening forms and KYC accurately with error-free CKYC submission, cross-sell insurance and investment products, activate digital banking for new customers, and manage an assigned portfolio for balances, usage and service requests within turnaround times.
Requirements: a graduate in any discipline with 1 to 5 years of experience in sales or service.
