Tata Capital is hiring a Customer Relationship Executive for digital home loan sales at its Thane (Pinak Galaxy) location. You will meet business targets by acquiring new customers who need mortgage products through the company's digital journeys, understand customer needs and cross-sell products, update leads and closures as per guidelines, run campaigns planned by the digital sales manager, make sure files sourced meet quality norms, and work with the contact centre and internal teams to deliver a good customer experience.
Requirements: a graduate (a postgraduate degree is optional) with 1-2 years of experience in offline or online channel sales, home loans or affordable housing finance, and strong persuasion and communication skills. The role is target-driven.
