Sid's Farm is hiring Lab Assistants for its bulk milk collection centres in rural Telangana (Rangareddy, Chevella, Shabad, Kadthal, Mahabubnagar, Wanaparthy, Narayanpet and nearby areas). You will test incoming milk for quality, including MBRT, adulteration, preservative and antibiotic residue tests, so only good milk is accepted; record quality data and prepare daily reports for the centre in-charge; operate and calibrate equipment like the Ekomilk analyser and lactometer; and keep the lab clean and hygienic.
Eligibility: a Diploma in Dairy or Food Technology, B.Sc. Chemistry (preferred) or any graduate interested in dairy quality. Freshers are encouraged to apply. You must be willing to work in rural locations and travel locally. In-hand salary is Rs 15,000-18,000 per month, and accommodation is provided.
