BabyOrgano is hiring an HR Recruiter in Ahmedabad to run hiring across the company. You will manage the full recruitment cycle: understanding manpower needs, working with department heads and hiring managers on job descriptions and priorities, sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other portals, screening resumes, holding first-round HR discussions on experience, skills and salary expectations, scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, managing offers and following up until joining. The role also includes general HR activities.
Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and general HR.
