A Marriott hotel in Mumbai is hiring a Culinary Associate for its kitchen. You will wash and prep fruit and vegetables, weigh, measure and mix ingredients, cook food to recipes and presentation standards, prepare cold dishes, operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers, check food is properly cooked and kept at the right temperature, set up and break down your station, portion and plate food, and clean and sanitise kitchen areas and tools. The job involves standing for whole shifts.
Requirements: a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related kitchen experience. No supervisory experience or licence is needed.
