A Marriott resort in Mahabaleshwar is hiring a Commis III for its kitchen team. You will prep ingredients (washing and peeling produce, weighing, measuring and mixing), cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, prepare cold foods, operate ovens, grills, stoves, microwaves and fryers, test food for doneness, set up and break down your work station, serve correct portions, and clean and sanitise the kitchen, tools and equipment.
Requirements: a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related work experience. No supervisory experience is needed. You should be comfortable on your feet for a full shift.
