Decathlon India is hiring a part-time Omni Sport Advisor for its cycling, skating and team sports categories at a Bengaluru store (permanent contract). You will greet and engage customers to understand their needs, recommend the right products and services (buyback, repair, personalisation) across the store, website and app, promote sport through local communities and Decathlon events, keep stock and inventory accurate for omnichannel availability, keep signage updated, ensure a smooth checkout, and keep the layout safe, welcoming and easy to shop so customers can test products.
This is an entry-level role (less than 2 years of experience); no specific education level is required. Decathlon looks for people who play sport and enjoy helping others get into it.
