JPMorgan Chase's legal team in Mumbai is hiring an Associate for technology, outsourcing and commercial contracts. You will draft and negotiate technology and third-party agreements and advise on obligations under them, support global transactions with a focus on EMEA regulation, help with regulatory remediation projects, review new rules on outsourcing, ICT, cloud and technology risk, support coverage lawyers on technology and IP due diligence for M&A (drafting report sections under supervision), give ad-hoc advice on contract interpretation and manage outside counsel.
Requirements: a qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience structuring, drafting and negotiating technology contracts, a solid grasp of technology and data issues, and strong analytical and relationship skills.
