JPMorgan Chase is hiring an Environmental Risk Review Analyst in Bengaluru for its commercial real estate (CRE) lending business. You will review environmental reports for secured loan transactions and write review memos, procure reports from qualified consultants when risk guidelines require, analyse collateral for real estate lending, owned real estate acquisitions and disposals, act as the link between bank staff and environmental report data, and coordinate consultant RFPs, scopes, awards and work-product reviews.
Requirements: a Bachelor's in environmental sciences or a related field, 3+ years of experience analysing environmental reports for real estate lending, loan administration or risk management (with a consultant, lender or property manager), and strong written and verbal communication.
