JLL is hiring a Billing Engineer in Mumbai for high-rise construction projects. You will manage end-to-end billing for civil and finishing contractors, check contractor invoices against work orders, contract terms and actual progress, process interim payment certificates and final account settlements, take detailed measurements and quantity surveys, verify claims against drawings and specifications, confirm progress with site engineers before payments, prepare measurement sheets, reconcile claims with budgets and payments, track variations and change orders, and prepare monthly billing and budget variance reports.
Requirements: about 3 years of relevant billing experience on construction projects. On-site role.
