Keysight Technologies is hiring a Finance Program Specialist in Gurugram for its payroll accounting team (two openings). You will prepare and review account reconciliations, complete assigned month-end close activities on time and accurately, make sure general ledger accounting and operations follow Keysight's Accounting and Finance Manual and SOX controls, and build a good understanding of the manual topics owned by payroll accounting.
Requirements: an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, with 3-4 years of experience (preferably in an MNC or international accounting firm). Oracle exposure is an advantage. Good communication, a positive attitude and flexibility across tasks are expected.
