Morningstar is hiring an Operations Analyst in Mumbai for its wealth management operations products. You will own issues in the product ticket queue and give timely updates and resolutions, prioritise work by severity and impact, analyse, recreate, document and track escalated issues in Salesforce, Jira and other internal tools, build expertise in the products, platforms, SOPs and client documentation, spot patterns in repeat problems and fix root causes with other teams, help streamline processes, and follow all security procedures.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry. Morningstar's hybrid model means four days a week in the office in most locations.
