ABB's Excitation business at Nelamangala, Bengaluru is hiring a Sales Support Specialist for bids and tenders on automation and power system projects. You will review tender specifications, prepare techno-commercial bids, technical proposals, compliance documents, deviation statements and cost estimates, work with engineering, procurement and vendors on offers, and handle RFIs and RFQs, customer discussions before and after bids, and contract negotiations.
Requirements: a Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, 3-15 years of experience in bid preparation, tendering and cost estimation for electrical and automation systems, good knowledge of excitation systems, generator control and protection and synchronisation panels, exposure to hydropower BOP and SCADA, and strong coordination and communication.
