Alight is hiring a Solutions Delivery Analyst in Gurugram for US retirement benefits operations (pension and 401k). You will handle manual and complex benefit administration tasks that need strong plan knowledge, resolve participant and plan administration issues, manage workflows across multiple clients, and work with the Benefits Operations Manager and client teams to find process gaps, delays and quality issues and recommend fixes. The role also includes writing and maintaining SOPs and documentation, supporting transitions, giving client-specific training, coaching and sharing knowledge across shores, and posting daily updates in tools such as Jira.
Requirements: a strong understanding of the US pension/401k domain, client plan provisions, processing guidelines and SLA metrics, plus accountability and ownership.
