Castrol is hiring an Accounting, Reporting & Control (ARC) Analyst at its Yerwada (Commerzone) campus in Pune, focused on payroll accounting. You will deliver end-to-end payroll accounting within SLAs: payroll journals, GL maintenance, accruals, system postings, reports, reconciliations, statutory submissions and employee tax accounting. You will also support monthly, quarterly and annual reporting so payroll transactions are correctly accounted for and disclosed under group policies, Indian Accounting Standards and statutory rules, with strong controls.
Requirements: 3-7 years of experience in general or financial accounting. The offer may depend on background checks and local pre-placement policies.
