You will pick up and deliver shipments across your territory on time, handle and load parcels carefully, plan daily routes to cover more customers, aim for first-attempt delivery, support the branch at peak times, represent the Blue Dart brand professionally, resolve routine customer concerns and escalate complex ones, collect and reconcile cash-on-delivery payments and remit them on time, obtain proof of delivery, scan shipments on handheld devices, update systems promptly and follow SOPs.
Requirements: 3-6 years of relevant experience. Good grooming and uniform compliance are expected.
