NTT DATA is hiring a Call Center Analyst in Gurugram for outbound telecom sales. You will make high-volume outbound calls to new and existing customers, promote telecom plans, upgrades, bundles and retention offers, understand needs and recommend the right solution, meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets, handle objections and rejection professionally, keep CRM records of calls, conversions and follow-ups accurate, and follow scripts and quality standards.
Requirements: a graduate (flexible for strong communicators) with 3-5 years of experience, preferably in BPO or sales, clear English with a neutral accent, a persuasive sales mindset, active listening, resilience and basic CRM skills.
