You will prepare and cook food to recipes, quality and presentation standards, prepare cold foods, work grills and roasters, thaw items safely from freezer storage, portion, arrange and garnish dishes, keep food logs, monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared, ask for help during busy periods, tell the chef about surplus items for daily specials, and inform service staff about specials and items that are out of stock.
Requirements: a technical, trade or vocational school qualification and at least 3 years of related kitchen experience. No supervisory experience or licence is required.
