You will process reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by phone, fax or mail, use sales techniques that maximise revenue while keeping guest loyalty, including upselling, handle Marriott Rewards redemptions and enter member details, give complimentary items to valued guests, coordinate with other departments to resolve guest requests or problems, and promote the brand inside and outside the hotel.
Requirements: a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of related work experience. No supervisory experience or licence is required.
