You will resolve customer queries and complaints at first contact with high satisfaction and low handling time, deliver courteous and accurate service, take full ownership of customer problems, follow product and process rules with zero errors, escalate issues to the right internal teams, meet call quality targets and other KPIs, and cross-sell or upsell products such as loans, mortgages and priority or elite accounts.
Requirements: a graduate or postgraduate from a recognised institution with 2-5 years of relevant experience, plus good communication skills.
