Goodera is hiring an Activity Designer in Bengaluru to create volunteering activities (kits, platform-enabled and digital) in a cause area such as social-emotional wellbeing or STEAM and education. You will design new activities from concept to pilot-ready prototype, improve existing ones for engagement, impact, cost and ease of delivery, adapt them for in-office, kiosk, self-led box and virtual formats, work with the nonprofit team, a US-based subject matter expert and consultants so each activity meets a real need, check age-appropriateness, accessibility and safety, and hand over full specs and material lists.
Requirements: 2-3 years designing games, toys, educational kits, learning experiences or activity-based products, a portfolio of hands-on designs people have used, comfort with prototyping, materials, vendors and costing, and a collaborative style.
