PepsiCo is hiring a Sales Admin & Ops Coordinator in Hyderabad to manage trade promotion claims end to end in SAP TPM. You will help with promotional event enrolments and claim approvals, validate claims against trade agreements, promotions and pricing, keep customer contract details current for trade promotion analysts, maintain accurate accruals and approvals, investigate claim discrepancies and exceptions with sales and sales finance teams, keep audit-ready documentation and trackers, prepare claims analysis, aging reports and exception dashboards, and look for automation to improve speed and accuracy.
Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in financial operations, claims or trade promotions; certifications such as Tally, CA-Inter, CFA Level 1 or Excel are a plus.
