Ciena, a networking technology company, is looking for a Global PMO Systems Support Analyst to help its project management office run smoothly through enterprise systems support. You will support users of project management tools, investigate and resolve system issues, maintain data quality, and help improve processes and reporting used by project teams worldwide.
