You will answer questions about reports, dashboards and data through ticketing tools, email and virtual channels within agreed service levels, explain reports, KPIs and data concepts to business users, and troubleshoot reporting and data problems including root-cause analysis. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics or a related field, 2 to 3 years of experience in analytics support, business intelligence or IT support, and hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Pivot and Tableau.
