Black Box is hiring a techno-functional consultant in Bengaluru for the Recruiting and Onboarding modules of Oracle Fusion HCM. You will configure and set up functionality, work with internal and global business partners to gather requirements and design integration solutions, build reports for HR, staff and management, and partner with HR colleagues to resolve issues. The role also includes writing ad hoc reports and queries and supporting testing, UAT and project migrations. Candidates need a bachelor's degree and 3 to 6 years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Fusion Recruiting and Onboarding, with strong knowledge of recruiting and onboarding business processes.
