Ericsson is hiring an Engineer for Customer Order Fulfillment in Noida or Bengaluru. You will own the full customer order lifecycle: receiving and validating purchase orders, preparing bills of quantities and materials, entering orders, coordinating with the supply chain, tracking shipments and confirming delivery before handover for installation. The role makes sure orders are processed accurately, compliantly and within service levels, with clear status visibility, early risk flagging, good data quality and regular governance and escalation. Candidates need at least 3 years of directly relevant experience in customer order management, order fulfilment or delivery operations, preferably in telecom, IT infrastructure or hardware.
