NTT DATA is hiring an L1 Server Load Balancer Engineer in Mumbai. You will maintain the support process and make sure support requests are handled as per procedures, use service assurance tools to investigate and diagnose problems, collect performance statistics and prepare reports, and work with users, colleagues and suppliers to resolve issues. The role also covers agreed maintenance tasks and using and updating knowledge articles during incident handling.
