You will apply consulting methods to client engagements, analyse operational requirements and turn them into structured deliverables, research and synthesise information, and prepare clear documentation and recommendations. The role also involves coordinating project execution, tracking progress and resolving issues across workstreams, and working with data, presentations and reports to support analysis and client delivery. A master's degree (such as an MBA in HR) and about 2 or more years of relevant consulting or HR experience are expected.
