You will identify inpatient and observation accounts that need a Notification of Admission, submit notifications through payer portals, EDI, fax or calls, start non-clinical authorisations where needed, record reference and authorisation numbers, and follow up on pending or rejected submissions while meeting payer timelines and keeping accurate records. Candidates must be graduates with at least 1 year of experience in US healthcare AR, strong spoken and written English, and willingness to work night shifts. No travel is required.
