You will post customer payments (cash, cheques and card transactions), update receivables, use accounting systems such as Tempus and Workday, give proactive status updates to US and India contacts, meet SLA and KPI targets and follow the standard AR process strictly. Clear communication with US team members is important. Candidates need a B.Com, M.Com or MBA in Finance with 0 to 3 years of AR experience and basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
