Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring an MIS Coordinator for its sales contact centre in Gurugram. You will regularly extract and publish MIS reports, dashboards, infographics and data dumps, make sure top management receives accurate data on time, and circulate data to stakeholders on schedule. You will also provide data for compliance, audits and RCSA, and supply eligible customer bases and data to the sales management unit to drive sales across the contact centre. Strong Excel and reporting skills, attention to accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines are important. Around 1 year or more of MIS or reporting experience is expected.
