Mahindra & Mahindra is hiring a Process Engineer for press tools in plant engineering, based in Mumbai (Kandivali). You will develop and improve stamping processes for new products and design changes using value engineering, design stamping dies in CATIA (2D/3D), UG NX, AutoCAD and DelCAM, analyse panel defects and carry out root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and evaluate presses based on tonnage, shut height and other parameters. The role also covers maintenance of tooling components. Candidates need a B.Tech or B.E. and 3 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with demonstrated expertise in stamping process engineering, tooling design and new product development.
