Fresenius Medical Care is hiring a US Paralegal Analyst in Bengaluru to support US legal matters. You will post documents to the legal tracker and matter-management systems, open new matters, help onboard outside counsel and set up vendors for settlement payments. On the corporate side you will liaise with registered agents on entity filings, help answer KYC requests from banks and maintain annual US attorney registration and licensing records. Candidates need a bachelor's degree (a law degree is not required; a paralegal certificate is preferred) and about 3 to 6 years of corporate or litigation paralegal experience, ideally supporting US matters from an LPO, GCC or in-house team.
