JLL is hiring a Soft Services Executive for a client site in Bengaluru. You will coordinate with internal teams and vendors to deliver housekeeping and other soft services, monitor service quality, spot gaps, assign and follow up on corrective actions and make sure service standards are consistently met. The role needs strong attention to detail, problem-solving and people skills. Candidates need a degree or diploma in hospitality, hotel management, facility management or similar, and 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate, facility management, hotels or corporate environments. Experience in housekeeping and soft services is preferred.
