You will coordinate with different teams to keep building systems running, troubleshoot technical problems logically, and assign and monitor maintenance work during your shift while following the site's working procedures. The role needs attention to detail, good problem-solving skills and solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Candidates need a degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate, hotels or construction. For residential sites, candidates with residential facility experience are preferred. Shift work is part of the job.
