GO DESi, an Indian snacks brand, is hiring a Plant Safety Officer for its manufacturing units at Bidadi and Sira near Bengaluru, reporting to the VP of HR. You will maintain a safe, compliant and healthy workplace across production, packaging, warehouse and utility areas, implement and monitor safety systems, and make sure the plants follow Indian labour and factory safety laws. With a workforce that is about 95 percent women, the role gives special attention to women-focused safety and welfare, including night-shift safeguards. The job is based at Bidadi with regular travel to Sira. Candidates need 3 to 6 years of relevant industrial safety experience.
