You will handle customer calls, resolve queries and complaints at the first instance with excellent satisfaction scores and minimum handling time, deliver accurate and courteous service, own each customer issue to closure, and cross-sell and up-sell bank products where suitable. Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of experience in voice customer service or phone banking and strong spoken communication skills.
