EXL is hiring a Coding Auditor (Executive) in Chennai for inpatient DRG coding audits in US healthcare. You will follow SOPs closely, complete assigned audits with quality, meet quality and productivity targets, follow project protocols, escalate issues and spot trends, keep productivity and clarification logs updated daily and respond promptly to manager emails, while ensuring HIPAA and OIG compliance. Candidates should preferably have a bachelor's degree in science, must hold a CCS (Certified Coding Specialist) or CIC (Certified Inpatient Coder) certification, and need at least 2 years of experience in IP DRG coding or auditing. Good Excel skills are expected. This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week.
