Paytm is hiring for a lending operations and partnerships role in Noida. You will manage day-to-day lending operations, coordinate with internal stakeholders and lending partners, oversee smooth and timely loan processing across the lending lifecycle, solve operational issues and handle several tasks in parallel. Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of experience in lending operations, preferably in fintech, banking or an NBFC, a good understanding of the loan lifecycle, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
