Principal Global Services is hiring a Claims Reviewer in Pune for health and life insurance claims. You will analyse claim details to decide the right processing actions, use technical documentation, system features, colleagues and mentors to complete daily work, suggest process improvements, and meet or beat production and quality goals. Candidates should preferably have a bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent experience, at least 2 to 3 years of back-office experience in processing health insurance, life or disability claims or underwriting, good MS Office skills and good written communication.
