You will deliver accurate job architecture and job evaluation services, keep job roles and position classes consistent and well-governed in SuccessFactors, manage evaluation cases using the Mercer IPE method, support global stakeholders, and contribute to data quality, reporting and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field, at least 2 years of experience in HR operations, HR data management, compensation and benefits or similar roles, and strong organisation and follow-up skills.
