In this role you act as a software detective: investigating and resolving issues across components of critical business systems, monitoring applications, analysing system behaviour and working with other teams to keep systems reliable.
You will document findings and fixes for knowledge sharing and help improve support processes.
Requirements: minimum 2 years of experience with Epic Systems, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with system monitoring and incident management tools, and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical people. 15 years of full-time education is required.
