NVIDIA is hiring Research Scientists in India for its Nemotron team to advance large language models and large multi-modal models. You will develop deep learning methods to improve LLMs, adapt foundation models to tasks such as software assistants and multi-turn, multi-modal and multilingual dialogue, and build and curate large datasets, including for learning from human preferences. You will work with product and hardware architecture teams to bring research into products.
Requirements: an MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience), 3+ years of experience, extensive ML/deep learning research or work experience, knowledge of NLP or computer vision, strong Python skills (C++ and CUDA are a plus), expertise in PyTorch, and a record of publications at leading conferences or journals. The role is hybrid.
