NVIDIA is looking for a Mixed-Signal Design Engineer in Bengaluru to work on power controller design. You will build and run co-simulations that connect digital RTL with analog circuits or SPICE and Verilog-A models, maintain and improve RTL for the controller's digital control loop, and verify startup, steady-state, transient, calibration and fault behaviour at system level.
You will also debug issues across the analog-digital boundary with analog and digital designers, write RTL behavioural models for mixed-signal blocks, and design control, protection, fault-handling and calibration features. Priorities shift between co-simulation, RTL work and debugging, so flexibility matters.
Requirements: a B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) and 1 to 3 years of experience in analog-digital co-simulation and digital RTL design for power controllers, with hands-on design and debugging of synthesizable Verilog or SystemVerilog.
