Zensar Technologies is hiring a Salesforce Operations Analyst in Pune to support a sales business unit and its partner operations. You will handle helpdesk work such as contact onboarding and LMS provisioning, support data projects and system integration activities, manage the partner lifecycle (onboarding, progression and offboarding), and help with deal management and partner helpdesk issues.
You will also respond to partner queries over Slack, email and other channels, support internal audits and give functional guidance to sales users and leadership.
Requirements: 3+ years in sales operations supporting a sales business unit, exposure to Salesforce Lightning, reports and dashboards and Data Loader, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), an analytical mindset for debugging issues, and clear communication with non-technical users.
