Mahindra & Mahindra is hiring an Engineer for its Drive Away Chassis team at Mahindra Research Valley, Chennai. You will design and develop suspension and chassis systems for vehicle programmes, carry out design calculations and vehicle dynamics analysis, select fasteners and run strength calculations, and lead benchmarking to set system and component targets.
The role also covers preparing DVP&R and DFMEA documents, working with CAE teams on design optimisation and simulation correlation, reviewing supplier and in-house drawings, solving manufacturing feasibility issues with suppliers, and coordinating with material management for timely part development.
Requirements: 1 to 3 years of experience in the automotive industry and a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
