FactSet is hiring Client Solutions Advisors in Hyderabad to help financial professionals around the world use its data and software. You will answer client questions by phone, email, chat and FactSet's own channels, support FactSet applications, build custom models and screens, and solve complex financial queries.
You will learn the FactSet Workstation and its content in depth, follow quality procedures, suggest workflow improvements, work with sales, product and other client teams, meet performance targets, and attend training sessions.
This is an entry-level opening suited to finance graduates who are self-motivated team players with good Excel skills. Note: the role requires willingness to work in U.S. shift hours.
