Hilton is hiring a Commis III, an entry-level kitchen role, for a hotel in Pune. You will assist with food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs, preparing dishes to the hotel's recipes and quality standards.
Typical work includes chopping and portioning ingredients, basic cooking, keeping work areas and equipment clean, storing food correctly and following hygiene and food safety rules, while supporting the wider kitchen team during service.
Requirement: at least 1 year of experience as a cook or trainee in a 5-star hotel kitchen.
